Job summary

JNJ Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking an E‑Commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, website, and app shop, while creating digital content to support the brand. You will coordinate with logistics, monitor market trends, and assist in running campaigns to boost sales.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in E‑Commerce/Marketing/Business and has 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a knack for social media and content design.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website or app shop is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or CapCut for content creation.
• Creative, proactive and team oriented.

Job description

We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, website and app shop, as well as creating digital content to support our online business and brand presence.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, website and app shop, including product listings, pricing, stock and promotions

Manage daily online orders, customer enquiries, order fulfilment and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team

Create and manage social media content, including short videos, product videos and promotional content

Design product posters, banners and promotional materials for online platforms and social media

Monitor online sales, product performance, competitors and market trends, and prepare basic sales reports

Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions and marketing activities to increase sales and engagement

Perform other related e-commerce and digital marketing duties as assigned by management

About you

Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field

2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred

Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website or app shop is an advantage

Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut or other graphic/video editing tools

Creative, proactive and interested in social media and digital content

Good communication, organizational and time management skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
