Job summary

Konfulon New Energy SDN.BHD is seeking a motivated E-commerce Executive in Selangor to manage and grow online sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will handle daily operations, product listings, promotions and customer service while collaborating with the marketing team.

You should have experience in e-commerce or online store operations, familiarity with the platforms, and a basic understanding of analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.
• Upload and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions).
• Handle daily orders, customer inquiries, product reviews and after-sales service.
• Participate in platform campaigns, vouchers, flash sales and promotions.
• Monitor store performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates and other key metrics.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing and customer behaviour.
• Develop ideas to improve product visibility, traffic, conversion and online sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop TikTok videos and promotional content.
• Assist in shooting simple product demonstration videos and social media content.
• Ensure all online stores comply with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada rules.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will be responsible for daily e-commerce operations, product listings, promotions, campaigns, customer service and sales performance. You will also work closely with our team to develop online content and support the company's brand and digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate the company's TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.
• Upload and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and promotions.
• Manage daily orders, customer enquiries, product reviews and after-sales service.
• Participate in platform campaigns, vouchers, flash sales and promotional activities.
• Monitor store performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates and other key metrics.

About you

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales analytics is an advantage.
