Job summary

Adel Adyana Elegance Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Operations Associate in Malaysia to manage daily activities on Shopee, TikTok Shop, our website and other platforms.

You will update product listings, handle pricing, sizes, colours, images and stock information, and coordinate with the Warehouse for fulfilment. You will monitor customer enquiries, reviews and platform notifications, assist in promotions like Payday and 12.12, prepare sales reports, and support livestreams and

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, and other online platforms
• Create and update product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, sizes, colours, images, and stock information
• Monitor and process customer orders and coordinate with the Warehouse and Postage teams for fulfilment
• Monitor store activities, customer enquiries, reviews, and platform notifications
• Assist in setting up vouchers, discounts, bundles, flash sales, and other promotional activities
• Support major e-commerce campaigns such as Payday, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Ramadan & Raya campaigns
• Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with the Warehouse team for stock updates and replenishment
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and e-commerce performance reports
• Assist the E-Commerce Sales Leader in monitoring sales performance and platform activities
• Support livestream, product launches, and promotional activities when required
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability are accurate across all platforms
• Perform other duties and assignments given by Management.
