Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support IT infrastructure projects from initiation to handover, coordinating with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or related fields and 2–4 years of experience in IT/ICT, system integration, or project coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of working experience in IT/ICT, system integration, or project coordination.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
• Familiarity with switches, routers, LAN/WAN, IP networking, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, partners, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and trackers.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, site activities, installation, testing, and handover.
• Support RFQ/RFP/tender documentation and general project administration.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, issues, delays, and dependencies.
