2–4 years of working experience, or equivalent, preferably in IT/ICT, system integration, or project coordination.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and structured cabling.
General familiarity with terms such as switches, routers, LAN/WAN, IP networking, Cat6/Cat6A, fibre optics, servers, and storage — in-depth technical expertise is not required.
Good documentation and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow through on multiple moving parts.
Experience dealing with vendors, partners, contractors, and customers is an advantage.
Exposure to IT tenders, RFQs/RFPs, BOMs, and quotations is an added advantage.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, Technical Teams, Account Managers, vendors, partners, and customers to ensure projects are tracked, documented, and delivered smoothly from initiation through handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and track project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Liaise with customers, vendors, partners, contractors, and internal technical teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and trackers.
Coordinate equipment delivery, site activities, installation, testing, and handover.
Support RFQ/RFP/tender documentation and general project administration.
Follow up on outstanding tasks, issues, delays, and dependencies.
Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and properly documented.
