Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of diverse projects. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability and effective communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans.
• Solid organizational skills with multitasking and time management.
• Strong client facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with change, risk management and quality assurance control.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of various types of projects.
• Coordinate with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and communicate meeting recap and follow-ups.
• Ensure resources are assigned for milestone delivery.
• Report on project health and status.
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments.
• Assist team members whenever necessary.
