Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business, ops management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, order management, service delivery, or project coordination.
• Experience tracking large volumes of infrastructure or technology service requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track IT infrastructure orders from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and service-level commitments.
• Maintain records of order status, timelines, risks, and completion metrics.
• Coordinate order fulfillment across multiple technical and operational teams.
• Ensure all order requirements, approvals, and documentation are complete before execution.
• Track provisioning requests for compute, storage, networking, cloud, and infrastructure services.
• Identify and resolve order delays, bottlenecks, and process issues.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders regarding order status.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, and deployment teams.
• Provide regular updates on order progress, risks, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities required to meet deployment schedules.
• Ensure orders comply with established processes, policies, and workflows.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and order records.
• Verify completion of required quality checks and deployment validations.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance order fulfillment efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking order volumes, aging, cycle times, and delivery performance.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on operational performance and service delivery metrics.
• Monitor SLA compliance and identify trends affecting order fulfillment.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
