Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring documentation is maintained. This entry-level role offers mentorship from experienced seniors and exposure to software development business while you learn across multiple IT projects.

You will develop schedules, facilitate meetings, track KPIs, and help with requirements gathering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Law, or a related field with strong interest in software development.
• Fresh Graduate.
• Strong communication in speaking and writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, action items, and project documentation.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and delays.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks meet timelines.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures where applicable.
• Maintain project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for timely milestones.
• Support governance by ensuring compliance with policies, methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Assist with change management, communication planning, and user adoption activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain project repositories and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Perform administrative duties related to project management as assigned.
