Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure orders, ensuring timely delivery across stakeholders. You will monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, and provide accurate status updates for servers, networking, storage, and data center services.

The role requires strong organization, detail-orientation, and experience with Jira/ServiceNow/Salesforce/Oracle ecosystems, plus advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business admin, operations management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, or project coordination.
• Experience tracking large volumes of infrastructure or technology service requests.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts: servers, networking, storage, data center operations.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle systems or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Project Analyst team and workload management.
• Establish standardized governance, reporting, and documentation for projects.
• Handle procurement, order tracking, and logistics oversight.
• Track budgets and create dashboards for project performance.
• Plan resources, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates and conduct operational reviews.
• Manage IT infrastructure orders from initiation to closure.
• Monitor order milestones, dependencies, and service-level commitments.
• Maintain accurate order status, timelines, risks, and metrics.
• Coordinate order fulfillment across technical and operational teams.
• Ensure all approvals and documentation are complete before execution.
• Track provisioning requests for compute, storage, networking, cloud, and infrastructure services.
• Identify and resolve order delays and bottlenecks.
