Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Experience in financial institution or related field.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, and sales experience.
• Basic banking knowledge.
• High integrity and accountability.
• Excellent service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT and Mystery Shopping results; carry clear targets for products – CASA and FD Book growth and cross selling.
• Carry out branch transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances) accurately and timely; adhere to SOPs.
• Learn and use tablets/branch devices for customer service and cross selling; rotate as Meeter-Greeter/Navigator as applicable.
• Assist in outreach for service/sales interactions; support digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional appearance; participate in trainings and compliance activities.
• Represent HLB in community relationship building and support Branch Manager/Operations Manager.
