Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused branch team member to deliver exceptional service, meet product targets, and support digital initiatives. The role encompasses front-line interactions, cash handling, and cross-selling across CASA, FD, credit cards, and related products.

You will work in a branch environment, maintain professional appearance, and participate in trainings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma required.
• Experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Experience in customer interaction and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers.
• Carry targets for CASA, FD growth, account opening, and cross selling of PL, Credit Cards, and other banking products.
• Learn and use I-Pads/devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator roles on rotation.
• Assist in calling customers for service or sales interactions.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives including Connect Penetration.
• Balance cash and handle end-of-day procedures where applicable.
