Job summary

PRISM+ is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You will manage day-to-day activities within budget, support testing, and assist creative and reporting teams to maintain data hygiene.

You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns scale across categories like TVs and appliances, with a strong focus on measurement, ROAS, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in performance marketing (DTC or eCommerce preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads (campaign setup, Advantage+, creative testing execution), and Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX).
• Comfortable with basic commercial concepts (margin, AOV, promos).
• Solid Excel/Sheets skills; GA4 familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution and Optimization: manage day-to-day Meta and Google campaigns within budgets and monitor performance.
• Testing and Channel Support: run A/B tests and explore new channels with hands-on setup.
• Creative Execution Support: brief and coordinate with Creative team; track performance of creatives.
• Reporting and Data Hygiene: maintain dashboards and ensure consistent tagging and UTM hygiene.
• How Success is Measured: accuracy, speed, data reliability, testing throughput, and reduced manual errors.
