Job summary

PRISM+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior Performance Marketing leader to own and scale our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You will drive growth with a focus on efficiency, incrementality, and profitable revenue at scale.

You will manage a multi-million dollar budget, collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams, build a testing engine, and establish repeatable processes to sustain the next phase of growth in TVs, appliances, and smart home categories.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in performance marketing (DTC or eCommerce preferred).
• Managed >$1M annual ad spend hands-on.
• Deep expertise in: Meta Ads (Advantage+, creative testing); Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX).
• Strong commercial instinct: understands margin, AOV, bundles, promos.
• Proven ability to scale spend without killing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own topline revenue contribution from paid channels; optimize MER and margin.
• Architect and run full-funnel campaigns; scale new channels (TikTok, affiliates, marketplaces).
• Partner with Creative to build high-volume testing engine and translate insights into creative briefs.
• Own performance reporting across Meta, Google, GA4, Shopify/Salesforce; analyze CAC & attribution gaps.
