Job summary

Second Talent is seeking a skilled Draftsman Architectural and Interior Designer in Penang. You will produce precise 2D and 3D drawings using BIM software (Revit) and interpret design briefs for accurate schematics.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining an organized documentation system. Experience in Enscape, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience as Revit Draftsman.
• Formal qualification in architectural / interior design or any drafting related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or Revit Technician, ideally within the architectural / interior design industry.
• Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit.
• Proficient in design software such as Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret specifications and design requirements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with architects / interior designers and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices.
