Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking a BIM Drafter for our Johor team in Malaysia. You will produce high-quality drawings and system designs that support project delivery and client satisfaction.

You will work closely with project managers, clients, and third parties, using AutoCAD and BIM Revit to draft and model. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM Revit is required.
• Excellent drafting accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Drafter to join our client's Johor team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality drawings and system designs that support project delivery, client communication, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete drawings in line with project schedules and client specifications
• Develop and update system design diagrams as required
• Use AutoCAD and BIM Revit software for drafting and modelling
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality design solutions and open communication
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and third parties to coordinate site inspections and project requirements
• Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project execution
• Adhere to company standards and policies to maintain service quality
• Respond promptly and efficiently to all service requests within the assigned region
• Stay proficient in product and technology developments through internal training and self-driven learning

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and certified BIM Revit software is a must
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
