Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Document Controller in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. Basic up to RM 6,000, 5.5 days, full-time permanent role with working hours 9am–6pm on weekdays and 9am–1pm on Saturdays.

Responsibilities include managing project documentation, ensuring timely submission, and distributing controlled copies to staff and third parties. Diploma/Degree in related field preferred; AutoCAD knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any related field.
• Familiar with basic methods of archiving and documents administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is an added advantage.
• Experience in project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Records and files all documentation between the projects department, contractors, consultants, government and so on.
• Ensures that all project documents are checked and submitted on time prior to documents submission due date.
• Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff and third party as applicable.
• Generation and submission of emails, reminder letters to ensure smooth communication with the third parties.
• Attend meeting, write, and follow up meeting minutes.
• Any other jobs assigned by the superior.
