Job summary

Abeyaantrix Vox Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller to manage project documents, drawings, reports and records on site in Sungai Buloh, ensuring orderly filing and easy retrieval. You will maintain document registers, enforce numbering and revision control, and coordinate submissions with project managers, engineers, consultants and site teams while upholding ISO and QSHE requirements.

Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to handle incoming/outgoing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, document management, construction or related field.
• 1–2 years of document control or construction-related experience preferred.
• Familiar with construction/project documentation and document control procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize and maintain all project documents, drawings, reports and records.
• Maintain document registers and ensure proper document numbering, filing and revision control.
• Manage incoming and outgoing documents, including submissions, transmittals and correspondence.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are properly distributed to the relevant parties.
• Monitor document status, revisions, approvals and outstanding submissions.
• Maintain both electronic and hardcopy filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Site Teams on document-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Project ISO & QSHE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in document control or construction-related work is preferred.
• Familiar with construction/project documentation and document control procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in construction or engineering projects is an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
