Meinhardt Group is seeking a Document Controller in Malaysia to manage and maintain project documents in both electronic and hardcopy formats. You will register, track, and control all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper numbering and revision control across the project lifecycle.
You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients, archive records for audits, and prepare document control reports while supporting QA/QC requirements.

Manage and maintain all project documents in both electronic and hardcopy formats.
Register, track, and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and document distribution.
Prepare document transmittals and monitor document approvals and submissions.
Maintain the document register and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients on document-related matters.
Maintain the latest revisions of drawings and ensure obsolete documents are removed.
Archive project documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Support QA/QC requirements and internal/external audits.
Prepare periodic document control reports for management and clients.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, engineering, or EPCM projects.
Experience managing technical documents such as drawings, RFIs, NCRs, method statements, and reports.
Familiar with document control procedures, revision control, document numbering, and transmittal processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and ISO standards is an advantage.
