Job summary

TransPak is seeking a Distribution Executive in Penang to coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment and distribution activities, ensuring customer and intercompany orders are delivered accurately and on time.

You'll collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Operations and Warehouse to ensure smooth execution from material readiness through final delivery, with a focus on on-time shipment and data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in material planning/order management/distribution or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of distribution, logistics, customs and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems and data analysis/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and intercompany order fulfilment including material, production and shipment readiness.
• Follow up with procurement and suppliers on material availability and delivery status.
• Coordinate warehouse, inventory movement, transportation and delivery activities to ensure on-time shipment.
• Ensure shipping, customs and regulatory documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions for orders, inventory movements, shipments and deliveries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as SO/WO closure, shipment on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
• Support projects, escalations, system troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a Distribution Executive to coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment and distribution activities, ensuring customer and intercompany orders are delivered accurately and on time. This role works closely with Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics and other teams to ensure smooth execution from material readiness through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and intercompany order fulfilment, including material, production and shipment readiness.
• Follow up with Procurement and suppliers on material availability and delivery status, escalating potential supply risks.
• Coordinate warehouse, inventory movement, transportation and delivery activities to ensure on-time shipment.
• Ensure shipping, customs and regulatory documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions for orders, inventory movements, shipments and deliveries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and customer delivery issues.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including SO/WO closure, shipment OTD and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Support new projects, customer escalations, system troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in material planning, order management, distribution or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Good understanding of distribution, logistics, customs and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems and good data analysis/reporting skills.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
