Job summary

YTL Sea Digital Bank Project is seeking a dynamic Business Banking Relationship Manager to help acquire, manage and grow SME client relationships through digital channels. You will work independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and drive SME growth.

You will identify new SME clients through digital outreach, onboard them, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial institutions, Fintech or Digital Banking.
• Strong understanding of SME financial needs and banking products/microfinancing.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new Business Banking clients through digital outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular reviews to understand client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Promote the bank’s suite of Business Banking products.
• Utilize CRM and digital banking platforms to monitor client activity and engagement.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory and internal policies.
• Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends.
