Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in financial institutions, fintech or digital banking.
Strong understanding of SME financial needs and banking products.
Familiarity with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new Business Banking clients through digital outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
Manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular reviews to understand client needs and offer financial solutions.
Promote the bank’s suite of Business Banking products.
Utilize CRM and digital banking platforms to monitor client activity and engagement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends.
