Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an experienced professional to manage the assigned SME portfolio and drive growth in personal and business banking solutions. The role emphasizes cross-selling products and sustaining long-term relationships with clients in the SME segment.

The candidate will work to acquire new quality loan and deposit customers, implement business plans, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with product specialists to promote Trade, Forex and Cash

Qualifications

• University Degree / Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management.
• Banking know-how, credit knowledge preferred.
• Customer service experience in any Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business targets.
• Cross-sell the Bank’s products & services to meet customer needs and financial objectives.
• Acquire new quality loan/deposit customers.
• Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
• Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
• Collaborate with product specialists to enhance utilization of banking facilities (Trade, Forex, Cash Management Solutions).
