Job Description
  • Lead and support end-to-end project lifecycle for initiatives related to unit trust /mutual funds / Pension funds/ fund accounting, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Business Team, and IT Delivery Team.
  • Monitor project KPIs, risks, and milestones; accelerate issues proactively.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal /external stakeholders to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure all project documentation are audit‑ready and to ensure project adherence to our compliance governance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3—6 years of experience in mutual fund operations, treasury, Banking, Unit Trusts, or PMO roles.
  • Strong understanding of unit trust structures, NAV calculations, fund accounting, and regulatory frameworks will be an added value.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Teams Meeting).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
