Job summary

DPS Resources Berhad, a Melaka-based investment holding company, seeks a Data Centre Business Development Executive to grow client relationships and identify market opportunities. You will prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to support BD efforts.

The role requires 2–5 years in related fields, strong communication, and willingness to travel; experience in data centres or B2B sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, property, infrastructure, technology, or related industries.
• SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Experience in data centre, digital infrastructure, property, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities.
• Assist in achieving company sales and business development objectives.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking activities when required.
