DPS Resources Berhad, Melaka-based, seeks a Data Centre Business Development Manager to lead BD strategies for data centre and digital infrastructure projects. The role focuses on identifying new clients, investors, and partnerships, while managing key client relationships and leading commercial proposals.
With over 5 years in BD/sales and a bachelor’s degree, you will monitor market trends, forecasts, and drive growth. Travel may be required to pursue opportunities.
Lead business development strategies for data centre and digital infrastructure projects.
Identify and secure new clients, investors, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead commercial negotiations and business proposals.
Monitor the business development pipeline, market trends, and forecasts.
Drive strategic growth and support project development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, commercial, or related roles.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Experience in data centre, digital infrastructure, property, or related industries is an advantage.
Willing to travel when required.

Our workforce is estimated to be approximately 600 people. We were one of the largest manufacturers of Wood-based products and Chair products in Malaysia. We serve major customers across the U.S. and Europe.
