Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia seeks a proactive Business Development professional to identify and convert opportunities across data centres, industrial, M&E, infrastructure, automotive, EV, and manufacturing sectors. You will develop relationships with key decision-makers, build a sustainable sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth across Malaysia.

The role requires developing new accounts, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating with contractors, EPCs, and engineering firms to win projects

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, business development, or technical sales.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian industrial and commercial market.
Good knowledge of technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial products and solutions.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and expand a database of target accounts across Malaysia.
Identify new market segments, potential customers, and industry trends.
Map stakeholders and decision-makers across sectors including data centres, manufacturing and infra.
Generate new sales enquiries, RFQs, tenders, and project opportunities.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with contractors and EPCs.
Develop accounts from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and updates.
