Job summary

Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales professional to prepare quotes, meet customers, and promote Dunham-Bush DC products in Malaysia. You will negotiate prices, coordinate orders, and monitor sales performance while building strong customer relationships to grow business profitability.

Requirements include a mechanical engineering degree and 3–5 years in Data Center sales/services, with strong HVAC knowledge and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Data Center sales/services.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
• Good sales, marketing, business development and networking skills.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication, presentation and written English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and company policies.
• Meet customers to understand their needs and technical requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Develop strong knowledge of Dunham-Bush DC products and effectively promote the product range.
• Negotiate pricing and product specifications with customers and secure orders.
• Monitor and prepare sales performance reports, including bookings, invoicing and quotation success rates.
• Submit weekly sales activity and quotation reports to the Senior Manager – Local Sales.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate factory orders with Engineering, Factory, Sales, Admin and Accounts.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely collection.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and business networks.
• Support the development of the customer base and contribute to business growth and profitability.
