• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mainland China stakeholders.
• Position based at HQ Office in Bukit Angkat Kajang Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Sales Orders from Singapore Office for on-time production and delivery.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery of Sales Orders.
• Assist in technical data collection and submission during quotation preparation/sales negotiation.
• Offer creative engineering solutions to customers.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Provide solutions and pricing that are accurate and cost-effective, preventing margin erosion.
• Perform other activities as deemed appropriate by the Company.
