Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Site Operations leader to manage end-to-end data center activities, ensuring peak availability and hardware reliability. You will oversee capacity planning, supervise critical site metrics, and guide the local operations team through strategic workforce planning and engagement.

The role emphasizes incident control, risk management, and the implementation of green energy initiatives while upholding strict SOP/MOP documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading operational teams in mission-critical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance management and capacity scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive Site Operations to ensure maximum availability, performance, and hardware reliability.
• Resource & Capacity Management: supervise power, space, and cooling with expansion blueprints.
• Lead, coach and elevate the local operations team through workforce planning and engagement.
• Direct incident management and escalation processes to reduce downtime and manage site risk.
• Implement green energy initiatives while maintaining SOP/MOP documentation and safety culture.
