Job summary

C&W Services (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seatching a senior on-site Project Lead for data centre operations in Malaysia. You will oversee facilities management, security, asset control, network and server delivery across the site, ensuring uptime, safety, and adherence to SOPs and SLAs.

The role requires strong leadership of engineers and contractors, risk management, and continuous improvement to meet high reliability targets in a live data centre environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Network Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 onsite data centre operations across the technical, FM, security, asset, network, and server delivery workstreams.
• Oversee routine checks, preventive maintenance coordination, and fault management for critical electrical, mechanical, and network systems.
• Accountable for day-to-day data centre operations, facilities management, security/EHS, asset management, network support, and server delivery coordination.
• Own operational incident, problem, and change management processes, providing rapid response and escalation for critical facility, security, and network incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
