Qualifications

• Moderate level of experience in supporting data center networking infrastructure.
• Intermediate knowledge of data center network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned infrastructure is configured and operational.
• Identify problems and log incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide second line remote and onsite technical support.

Skills

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
