Concentrix in Malaysia is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service – Danish to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle Danish-speaking customer inquiries, ensure KPI targets are met, and provide accurate resolutions with empathy.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills; you will work in a fast-paced call center, rotate shifts, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and demonstrate empathy to build rapport.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and document accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to materials or senior staff.
