Job summary

LinkAxia Networks Sdn Bhd is seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive in Malaysia to identify and pursue new markets and opportunities. You will develop strategies to grow the customer base and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and project owners.

You will understand client needs, submit cybersecurity solution proposals, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of business development / selling experience in IT solutions such as cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and project owners.
• Understand client needs and submit proposed cybersecurity solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver presentations and proposals as part of a team.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and events.
