The role requires 3+ years in B2B IT sales, with experience in managed services or cloud solutions, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. Based in Kota Damansara, the candidate will collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B IT sales experience selling to corporate customers.
• 3+ years of sales exposure to managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity or outsourced network infrastructure.
• Experience achieving sales targets in a solution or subscription-based environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity or managed-service solutions.
• Excellent consultative-selling, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities for managed IT and cybersecurity services.
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and industry relationships.
• Engage corporate customers to understand their IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud requirements.
• Present managed-service solutions including SOC services, endpoint protection, cloud management, disaster recovery, monitoring and helpdesk services.
• Work with pre-sales and technical teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and ROI assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs and service agreements.
• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM records.
• Work closely with technical, delivery and marketing teams to support successful client acquisition.
