Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a technical presales specialist to support cybersecurity and networking opportunities. You will deliver technical presentations, live demos, and solution briefings while translating customer requirements into robust security solutions.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, support POC testing and evaluations, and prepare technical proposals and presentations for customers across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Networking or related field.
• 3 years of experience in networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure or technical presales.
• Experience with cybersecurity vendors, networking vendors, or system integrators preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking or cybersecurity technologies.
• Hands-on experience in technical support, POC testing, product demos, or solution presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support for cybersecurity and networking products and solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings for customers.
• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions based on their business and security needs.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) testing, product evaluations, and technical validation.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and responses to customer requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagement, business development, and sales opportunities.
• Provide technical consultation and address customers’ technical questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and headquarters to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Keep updated on cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions.
