Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd is seeking a technical pre-sales professional for cybersecurity solutions in Kuala Lumpur. You will interpret customer security requirements and recommend suitable technology, while working with the sales team to craft compelling technical proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in cybersecurity or technical pre-sales.
• Good understanding of firewall, endpoint security, SIEM and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for cybersecurity solutions.
• Understand customer security needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop technical proposals and run POC sessions when required.
• Present solutions and collaborate with OEM/vendor teams during sales cycles.
• Assist with tenders, quotations and industry trend research.
