Job summary

出海易Chuhaiyi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a cybersecurity presales professional to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions. You will deliver technical presentations, conduct live PoCs including deployment and testing, and present results clearly to stakeholders.

You will prepare technical proposals and tender responses, provide training to channel partners, and collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or a related technical role.

Good understanding of networking and cybersecurity solutions, such as SIEM, WAF, PAM, or data security.

Hands-on experience in product deployment and PoC testing.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to travel for customer meetings and partner activities.
