Job summary

SF Express Corporation is seeking a qualified Customs Operations specialist in Selangor to oversee end-to-end import/export declarations and documentation. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with logistics teams, and liaise with customs officials to resolve queries.

Job description

- End-to-End Customs Operations & Import/Export Management – Oversee end-to-end process: prepare customs declarations, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork.

- Compliance & Classification – Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.

- Stakeholder Liaison – Act as main point of contact between importers/exporters and customs officials. Resolve queries and provide required documents.

- Coordination with Logistics – Work with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely transport. Share documents with agents and monitor shipment status.

- Error Handling – Investigate discrepancies, adjust declarations, communicate with authorities, and elevate issues to management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years of working experience involving in custom Clearance role.

- Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, HS Code classification, and customs regulations.

- Candidate should possess at least Diploma or Bachelor/Degree.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in both English, and Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

- Good interpersonal & communication skill.

- Willingness to work morning or night shifts to provide coverage when teammates are unavailable.
