MAS Aero Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Customer Support Officer to greet customers, explain services and pricing, and ensure accurate order handling. You will manage item intake, updates in the system, and verification before release, while handling payments and maintaining a tidy workplace.

The role emphasizes professional communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with supervisors to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline support is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document and update orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with enquiries professionally.
• Explain services, pricing, turnaround time and schedules.
• Provide good customer service and maintain positive experience.
• Handle customer issues and elevate to supervisor when needed.
• Receive laundry and cleaning items from customers.
• Confirm service details and order information.
• Inspect items for stains, tears and defects; record conditions.
• Create and update customer orders in the system.
• Tag and label incoming items; prepare for processing.
• Update system status as 'Ready for Pickup' and verify identity at release.
• Process payments via approved methods and release orders after confirmation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workplace and log daily reports.
