Job summary

ARYZTA Food Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the face of the company, handling inquiries across order taking, WhatsApp chats, emails and phone calls. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trade Asset and IT to enhance service quality.

The role includes greeting customers, coordinating Klang Valley orders, arranging samples, and supporting invoicing and credit-note activities, requiring strong MS Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multifunctional team.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics GP; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet the customer warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
• Process and coordinate sales orders for Klang Valley.
• Assist with placement of customer orders via email and WhatsApp.
• Prepare picking list reports to the Gold Cold warehouse.
• Coordinate with customers and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange self-pickup orders by customer and sales team.
• Assist with submission of Halal Certs, Credit Notes and CTCs.
• Arrange samples delivery to customers and sales team.
• Process and coordinate Invoice/DO/E-Invoicing/E-Credit Note management.
