Job summary

MFS Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Support Officer to provide top-tier service to our customers in Malaysia. You will handle product and service information requests, resolve issues, and communicate professionally across telephone, email, letters, and in person.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics to meet CRSD, manage inventory levels, and relay scheduling updates to customers while ensuring adherence to ISO and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are satisfied.
• Serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving problems.
• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
• Meet customer required ship dates (CRSD).
• Coordinate production on delivery requirements.
• Interface with Production, Material and Quality on shipment matters.
• Interface Logistics on shipment arrangements.
• Provide real-time information on scheduling to customers.
• Manage VMI inventory control levels.
• Analyze changes in customer demand and resolve discrepancies with the customer.
• Meet company and department objectives.
• Ensure quality management system implementations meet ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements.
