Job summary

AeroDarat Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver quality services to airline passengers at check-in, boarding, and baggage touchpoints in accordance with carrier and company standards.

You will report to the Duty Supervisor, support departure and arrival processes at gate/MLO, ensure counters are opened and staffed on time, manage excess baggage and coordinate security and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• SPM or SPMV with 0-1 year working experience.
• Good command of writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in MS Office application and PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and efficient service to passengers at Check-in and touchpoints per company standards.
• Perform departure and arrival processes at gate / MLO per standards and procedures.
• Punctuality: ensure counter/gate lounge is opened and manned as per procedure.
• Maintain confidentiality of passenger information at all times.
