Job summary

CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Customer Support Engineer based in Muar, Johor. The role involves installing and commissioning machines and kits at end-user sites, performing buy-offs, and delivering operation and maintenance training.

Customer Support Engineer (Based on Muar)

CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd – Muar, Johor

• Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.
• Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.
• Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.
• Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement.
• Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.
• Priority working experiences with Hexa (Evo Plus), AT468 machines.

Requirements

• Min Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime and travel local/oversea support when required
• Based on Muar, Johor
