Job summary

Document Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a field service technician to perform machine commissioning and preventive maintenance on site, with safety and timeliness as priorities. You will troubleshoot problems during on-site service visits, determine sources of issues, and propose corrective actions while coordinating the maintenance work with customers and ensuring accurate service reports.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided for all duties.
• Must be responsible and punctual.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and basic IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine commissioning and preventive maintenance on site.
• Troubleshoot problems during service visits and identify root causes.
• Coordinate and communicate maintenance services with customers.
• Provide high quality after-sales service and field commissioning.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports.
