Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled service technician with 3–5 years of experience in machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field is required. You will travel to customer sites and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities include installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts management, and service reporting to support customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in machine installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical and basic programming.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and control systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, travel to customer sites and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation, testing, commissioning, and project support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and machine issues.
• Repair and service machines to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts and chemical inventory.
• Prepare service reports and provide excellent customer support.
