Job summary

CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to install, commission, and support machines and kits at end-user sites. You will conduct training, provide on-site and off-site support, and coordinate feedback to HQ via JIRA for continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a degree or diploma with 2–4 years of related experience, be fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, and be willing to travel for local and overseas support.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree or diploma; 2–4 years related experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay; strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime and travel for local/overseas support.
• Based in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new machines and kits at end-user facilities.
• Carry out machine and kit buy-off per end-user requirements.
• Conduct machine operation and maintenance training for end users.
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end users.
• Feedback machine and kit issues and user input to HQ via JIRA for continuous improvement.
• Update machine and kit status to HQ via JIRA for progress tracking and KPIs.
• Priority experience with Tester Equipment, Turret Equipment, and pick-and-place tasks.

• 1. Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.
• 2. Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.
• 3. Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.
• 4. Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.
• 5. Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement.
• 6. Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.
• 7. Priority working experiences with Tester Equipment, Turret Equipment, pick and place.

Requirements:

• 1 Min Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry
• 2 Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 3 Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Able to work independently.
• 4 Willing to work overtime and travel local/oversea support when required
• 5. Based on Penang
