Savor of Life is seeking a Customer Success Executive in Kuala Lumpur to build and maintain relationships with customers. The role involves providing assistance and quality service through various communication channels and actively gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and be able to communicate effectively in English, with Mandarin being a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to clients over phone call or Whatsapp.
• Answer customer queries efficiently.
• Follow up with customers daily for feedback.
• Compile feedback in an Excel sheet.
• Share customer feedback with internal departments.
