Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Follow up on customer requests, orders and service issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information.
• Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
