Job summary

Talent Recruit is hiring a Customer Success Executive for a leading online tax learning platform. You will guide new customers through onboarding, deliver product orientation, and ensure a smooth, positive experience during the early adoption phase.

You will monitor accounts, address issues promptly, and support upsell opportunities while staying updated on features. The role requires English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with site visits and own transport.

• Monitor customer accounts proactively to identify and resolve issues.
• Encourage customers to participate in promotions and events on a monthly basis.
• Develop deep product knowledge and inform customers about new features and enhancements.
• Support retention and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with customer goals.
