AIST Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Relations & Acquisition Associate in Malaysia to engage with customers and drivers, guide them on services, and handle inquiries. You will proactively reach out with promotions and collect feedback to improve satisfaction, while supporting acquisition initiatives.

The role emphasizes CRM usage, turn-around times, and achieving KPIs in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience with CRM or customer management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers and drivers to provide world-class support.
• Offer guidance on our services, tariffs, registration, and app usage.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Reach out proactively through outbound calls to share promotions, updates, and special offers.
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve customer and driver satisfaction.
• Support initiatives for customer and driver acquisition and retention.
• Maintain accurate records in our internal systems and prepare basic reports.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and operational goals.
